Kathleen Paganelli

Kathleen Paganelli brings to the Connections Group a talent for effective project management. Since joining the team in 2008, she has primarily worked to successfully organize and execute community outreach programs that require juggling a large volume of events with diverse groups. She also works on coordinating campaigns, planning focus groups, and managing relations with the press.

Kathleen came to the Connections Group with a strong background in research. She previously worked as a research assistant with Mathematica Policy Research in Princeton, NJ and as an intern with the Institute for Women's Policy Research in Washington, DC. Originally from California, she is happy to be back on the west coast and working with a wide variety of clients in Washington State.

Kathleen graduated from Claremont McKenna College with honors in 2007, earning her degree in Economics with a focus on Gender Studies. She speaks conversational Italian and spent a semester studying abroad in Milan, Italy. She also has a fond appreciation of the arts, with nearly 20 years of ballet and modern dance training under her belt. In addition to dancing, Kathleen likes to spend her free time enjoying Seattle parks, hiking, kayaking, and attending arts and cultural events. She is an alumni interviewer for her alma mater.
